Office Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while supporting staff and leadership.


✅ Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Supervise administrative staff (if applicable)
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain office policies and procedures
  • Assist with HR-related tasks (onboarding, timesheets, etc.)
  • Manage filing systems and documentation
  • Support leadership with reports and operational needs
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment

🎓 Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Supervisor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge
